ADAM Movie Trailer - This film was a hit a Sundance

by Joey Paur

One of the most talked about films up at the Sundance Film Festival this year was a little movie called 'Adam', which I unfortunately did not get a chance to see while I was there, so I can't tell you if it was good or not. But I can tell you that everyone else that saw it really liked it, and I think that it looks like a good movie, that I really would like to see. It looks like a very touching movie, that was done very well with that quirky indie film story telling.

'Adam' was written and directed by television director Max Mayer. The official story summary goes like this:

Soon after moving in, Beth, a brainy, beautiful writer damaged from a past relationship encounters Adam, the handsome, but odd, fellow in the downstairs apartment whose awkwardness is perplexing. Beth and Adam's ultimate connection leads to a tricky relationship that exemplifies something universal: truly reaching another person means bravely stretching into uncomfortable territory and the resulting shake-up can be liberating.

The movie was bought by Fox Searchlight Pictures, and stars Hugh Dancy, Rose Byrne, and Peter Gallagher. Check out the trailer below and let us know if you think it has potential.
