The script is written! The sequel to Dragonball is on it's way!

by Billy Fisher

I can't believe it, the first movie hasn't even come out yet and the sequel is already written.  I know that people like to prepared, but give me a break.  I am not sure how everyone feels about it, but the Dragonball movie looks like a bust to me.

MTV reports today:

I know they've written a second one and it's pretty far out there," actor Justin Chatwintold MTV News. Chatwin plays Goku, the hero of the tale, who seeks to recover the powerful "Dragonballs" and protect the world from the evil Lord Piccolo, played by "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" alum James Marsters.

“The second one really goes to some different places that I’ve never seen in any comic book adaptation,” said Chatwin.

Chatwin admits that he hasn’t read the sequel script firsthand, but that he’s been told a lot about it

I know there are like 8,000 different Dragonball cartoons out there, so I know they have a lot to draw from.  I am just not sure how the whole DB story will translate onto the big screen.  More then likely I will see the film, and I will go into it with an open mind.  But judging on what I have seen so far, I don't think that it will live up to the hype.

Let me know what you think.  Until next time.
