Yet another horror movie getting a remake. Joel Silver's Dark Castle Entertainment is remaking the 1965 film 'I Saw What You Did and I know Who you Are!' Yeah, it is going to be one of "those" movies. Patrick Lussier and Todd Farmer will write the film and Lussier will also direct it.

Here is what the movie is about:

When two mischievous teens, Kit  and Libby are home alone with Libby's younger sister, Tess. They begin randomly dialing telephone numbers and telling whomever answers: "I saw what you did, and I know who you are." One call is placed to Steve Marek, a man who has recently murdered his wife and disposed of her body in the woods. Believing his crime is known, he decides to track down the girls and silence them.

It sounds like this story and plot has been recycled and told over and over again throughout the years. it was original when it was original. Now it's just turned into Hollywood horror movie drivel.

Joan Crawford actually starred in the original film which was based on a 1964 novel by Ursula Curtis called 'Out of the Dark'. The director of the original also direct 'the 1959 version of 'House on Haunted Hill' which was the first film that Dark Castle remade.
