SMALLVILLE Casts Callum Blue as Zod

I am a huge fan of the TV series 'Smallville'. Sure, got stuck in a rutt around season 3 but it has been better than ever. It looks like in the next 9th season of 'Smallville' the blue and red blur will have to battle it out with general Zod. I love who they have cast in this role. British actor Callum Blue joins the cast as a regular.

Blue has starred in show such as 'Dead Like me' which I really enjoyed up until the point they made that awful movie. he also starred in Showtimes 'The Tudors' and 'Secret Diary of a Call Girl'.

I digg his style and I think he will fit in quite well with the rest of the Smallville cast. He's just got that look. I can't wait to see where they take this story.
