Amy Adams to be Cast In THE FIGHTER

Red head actress Amy Adams is currently in the middle of negotiations to star in a new film that has been trying to get off the ground for some time now. This movie project is called 'The Fighter'. If Adams is cast in the film which I am sure will happen, she will star alongside Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg.

The movie is being directed by David O. Russell and is set to start shooting this summer. It tells the story of "Irish" Mickey Ward's early days on the rough streets of Lowell, Massachusetts, and how he was helped to the world lightweight championship by his half-brother, portrayed by Bale. Adams will play a gritty bartender from Mass.who ends up dating Wahlbergs's character, Ward.

I've heard the script for this film is incredible. I'm excited to see how it turns out.
