Steven Soderbergh's THE INFORMANT Trailer Looks Fantastic
Steven Soderberge is a director that has many different colors to him. The guy is extremely talented and experimental. Most of his films are off beat and not meant for a mainstream film audience. He kinda moves at the beat of his own drum and that's what I like about him, he doesn't care what anyone thinks about his films as long as he makes what he wants. You Either like his movies or you don't.
The Informant which stars Matt Damon looks absolutely fantastic. The acting looks great, the comedy is funny and smart, and I think you are going to enjoy what you see in the trailer. This is the first real mainstream film Soderbergh has done since Oceans 13.
Here is a little Information on the film:
"The Informant" is a true story based on Kurt Eichenwald's 2000 book, This is the tale of Mark Whitacre (played by Matt Damon), an Ivy League Ph.D. who was a rising star at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) in the early 1990s. The bipolar hero wound up blowing the whistle on the company's price fixing tactics and became the highest-ranked executive to ever turn whistleblower in US history. Whitacre secretly gathered hundreds of hours of video and audio tapes over several years to present to the FBI which became one of the largest price fixing cases in history.
