intense Trailer for STONE with Norton, Deniro & Jovovich
A trailer for the new psychological thriller Stone has popped up on The YouTube. Yes, THE YouTube.
From director John Curran(The Painted Veil), and from screenwriter Angus MacLachlan(Junebug), Stone stars Edward Norton as a convicted arsonist who looks to manipulate a parole officer, played by Robert Deniro, into a plan to secure his parole by placing his beautiful wife played by Mila Jovovich, in the lawman’s path.
Norton and Deniro starred together in the heist movie The Score. Like in that film, Stone has the two locked in a battle of wits as they try to screw each other... not literally. Well, Jovovich they literally screw. But I digress. This cast is superb. Even with Norton sounding like some kind of urban Christopher Walken.
The trailer looks intense. In fact, a little too intense for the work place.
WARNING: There is brief nudity because as I mentioned above... Jovoich is getting screwed.
