STAR TREK Online Game Trailer and Subscription Costs
If you are a big fan of those online role playing games then Star Trek Online is for you. This is going to be the next big MMORPG and if you're the kind of geek that is into these kinds of things then you're going to want to jump on board with this. The game looks like it will be a lot of fun. If you are interested in joining up with Starfleet, here is some information that you might be interested in.
Star Trek Online developer Cryptic Studios has announced all-important subscription information. These subscriptions include two limited time offers intended to save you a lot of money if you are really going to commit yourself to this thing.
Between now and Feb. 2, players who pre-order the game can purchase a lifetime membership for $239.99 (reg. price - $299.99), and in addition to saving some money, you’ll also have access to two bonus character slots and a playable Starfleet captain. There will also be a 12-month membership on sale for $119.99, but that won’t be available after the promotion period ends. The monthly subscription fee will be $14.99.
If your not sure that you want to jump on the Enterprise for the long term yet, the public beta is currently going on. You can join up there and take it for a test ride before committing.
