Where in the hell did this movie come from!? It's like old school 1960's 12" G.I. Joe action figures brought to life in a epic World War II stop-motion animated movie! If that isn't awesome enough check out who is lending their voices to the characters; Ewan McGregor, Alan Cumming, Timothy Spall, Richard E Grant and Tom Wilkinson

The film is called Jackboots on Whitehall, and it tells a revisionist history story of World War II in which Goering, Goebbels and Himmler hatch a plan to tunnel under the English Channel and into the heart of London, capturing the core of England while the bulk of the army is massed at Dunkirk.  Our only hope?  A group of villagers massed to make a last stand at Hadrian's Wall.

This epic little movie was written and directed by by Edward and Roey HcHenry, and we have a few pictures from the film below to show you. These photos show you the awesome amount of craft and details that were put into these little action figures which is why it reminds me so much of the the 1960's G.I. Joe toys.

I can't wait to see the first trailer for this movie, but it looks incredibly awesome. Check out the photos below and tell us what you think!

Thanks to Firstshowing for the heads up on this!
