Did you see Last Night's Opening Credits for THE SIMPSONS Directed by Street Artist Bansky

For those of you who didn't see or know about the opening credits of The Simpsons last night it was directed and storyboarded by artist/director Bansky. This is the first time ever in Simpsons history that an artist has been invited to re-do the classic opening sequence to The Simpsons

Bansky is a a British graffiti artist, political activist and painter. His satirical street art and subversive epigrams combine irreverent dark humour with graffiti done in a distinctive stencilling technique. Such artistic works of political and social commentary have been featured on streets, walls, and bridges of cities throughout the world. He also directed the film  Exit Through the Gift Shop, which was a hit at The Sundance Film Festival.

This opening sequence is actually incredibly dark and depressing, which is what you would expect from Bansky, but I don't think FOX will ever bring him back again to do anything after this.

Watch it, and tell us what you think.
