Watch the SCREAM 4 Trailer From The 2010 Spike TV SCREAM AWARDS

Thanks to "someone" who attended this weekends 2010 Spike TV Scream Awards we have the bootleg trailer for Scream 4.  It's at an angle but still pretty good quality and it brings a lot of fun memories back and listen in the background, the fans in attendance are loving it!

Scream 4 brings back our old favorites Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette with new faces Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Britt Robertson, Nico Tortorella, Mary McDonnell, Anthony Anderson, Aimee Teegarden, and Marielle Jaffe. Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell,Shenae Grimes and Lucy Hale will all have cameos for the return of Ghostface.

Watch the Scream Awards this Tuesday, October 19th. Scream 4 hits theaters on April 15th, 2011.
