No Ordinary Family is one of my favorite new shows, and I'm happy to announced that yesterday ABC picked up the back nine episodes for the Michael Chiklis superhero series giving the show a full and complete season!

In an interview with Blastr, executive producer Jon Harmon Feldman acknowledges they're already working on ideas for the full season saying,

I mean, obviously we have thoughts and ideas and hopes in places we like to build to, We do have a lot of ideas that we'd love to explore on the back nine.

Feldman goes on to talk about the villains of the series,

Every few episodes Jim is going to come up against the super villain. We're trying to mix it up. We don't want the audience to know if his next adversary is a regular bad guy or a super power bad guy, and those are the things that hopefully will keep surprising the audience in terms of who his adversary is week to week. There's a difference between some of the super villains and our family's powers in terms of, I don't want to give it away, but we're going to learn that there's a difference in how their powers work, and that's something we're going to explore.

He then goes on to discuss how the powers of the family will start to expand, and the fun and complications that come along with it.

I'm excited to see where the story and characters go from here! I hope this series ends up getting a second season. The show isn't doing to well in the ratings, but hopefully things pick up because there's a lot of potential here.

What do you all think?
