Teaser Images from Spielberg and Jackosn's TINTIN
The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn was shot last year by Steven Spielberg using motion capture technology. Once he was finished he handed the footage over to Peter Jackson's effects house Weta to complete the process in creating the CGI film.
There's been nothing released that shows us exactly what this movie will ultimately look like yet, but today Empire has unveiled a few close up images from the film that pretty much just show us textured pieces from a bigger picture. These look like bits and pieces of the image that you see above.
I assume that we'll see a full image very soon. Once it's released we'll make sure to get it posted for you! The movie isn't scheduled to come out until December 28th 2011.
Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot, Defiance) stars as Tintin, the intrepid young reporter whose relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a world of high adventure, and Daniel Craig (Quantum of Solace, Defiance) as the nefarious Red Rackham. Bell and Craig are joined by an international cast that includes Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Gad Elmaleh, Toby Jones and Mackenzie Crook.
