Chelsea Handler Goes To Battle In THIS MEANS WAR

Chelsea Handler has just signed on to star alongside Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hardy and Chris Pine in This Means War in directed by McG for 20th Century Fox.  Handler will stars as the best friend of a woman, played by Witherspoon, who is lusted after by two best friends. The friends are CIA agents who wage an escalating war for her affection.

James Lassiter and Will Smith will be producing this film for Overbrook.  This marks the film that Chelsea Handler has starred in, she recently just finished shooting Hop with Russell Brand.  Handler's third book, Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang has just made the best seller list.  Filming begins later this month. 

She recently hosted the VMA's and I thought she was horrible.  She is very funny on her show and I hear her books are good.  She definitely has some comedic timing and I am interested to see how her film career continues.
