Teaser Poster for Jason Statham's THE MECHANIC
CBS Films has released the first teaser poster for the Jason Statham and Ben Foster film The Mechanic. The film is a remake of the badass 1972 Charles Bronson film.
In the film Statham plays a veteran hitman who takes on an apprentice in Ben Foster, except this new recruit has ties to one of our hitman's earlier victims. Donald Sutherland also co-stars in the movie.
Simon West directed the film, and he's responsible for other films such as Con Air and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, as well as the 2006 remake of When A Stranger Calls. This should turn out to be a fun gritty action-packed film. Hopefully we see a new trailer soon. The previously released trailer has been taken down, but it looked pretty awesome.
