Watch Terry Gilliam's Short Film THE LEGEND OF HALLOWDEGA

Last month we shared a trailer with you for a short film directed by Terry Gilliam called The Legend of Hallowdega. The film premiered on Oct. 31st and now it up online for everyone to see. This is a horror comedy that revolves around the sport of Nascar, which is something I never thought I'd see Gilliam do. 

The short stars David Arquette and Justin Kirk, and it "explores the mysteries around Talladega Superspeedway as the host of an investigative news show (Kirk) joins forces with a techno-geek paranormal expert (Arquette) to dodge close-calls and chase crazy leads to get to the bottom of THE LEGEND OF HALLOWDEGA."

For decades legend and lore have swirled around the 2.66 miles of asphalt that make up racing’s fastest track — Talladega Superspeedway. This Halloween, in celebration of the AMP Energy Juice 500 at Talladega on Oct. 31st, the world will learn the “truth”. This original short film, presented by AMP Energy Juice, is directed by Terry Gilliam and stars David Arquette & Justin Kirk, with special appearances by Dale Earnhardt Jr., Darrell Waltrip and many more.

This isn't really what I'd like to see from this talented director, but it's still fun. There's no embed for the movie so click on the image below to watch it.
