VGA 2010: MASS EFFECT 3 Game Trailer
Hey gang! Here's the debut trailer for the upcoming video game Mass Effect 3, and it looks completely badass! If you're a fan of this video game franchise then I think you're going to love what the third chapter has in store for you.
The trailer depicts a British soldier taking cover inside the ruins of Big Ben, commenting that casualties of a battle on Earth are in the millions, and all defenses have been either destroyed or are regrouping. (The trailer gives no indication as to how large the invasion is, whether it is really planetary or just a continent or two) The soldier gives himself a pain stimulant and takes a few shots with his rifle at a target outside in the courtyard below. The trailer ends as the battle heats up, Reapers touch down in London and the soldier comments that if Shepard doesn't break the seige of the planet soon, there won't be an Earth left to save. Shepard himself is observing the chaos from orbit, but then turns and leaves, presumably to go and get help.
Here's the game synopsis:
Earth is burning. Striking from beyond known space, a race of terrifying machines have begun their destruction of the human race. As Commander Shepard, an Alliance Marine, your only hope for saving mankind is to rally the civilizations of the galaxy and launch one final mission to take back the Earth.
