Movies like Tron: Legacy are spending well over $200 million dollars to achieve effects like this. This Modern Times short film was made with "no money, just a little time and a lot of passion." The movie was made by Vimeo user BC2010, and wait until you see what this creative team was able to pull off with a zero budget.
