PIRANHA 3DD Goes Up Against Another Big Fish In September 2011!

Relativity will release Piranha 3DD on September 16th, 2011 jut two weeks after Shark Night 3D hits the theaters. September 2011 is looking like a very fishy month! Get it? anyway, 3DD is being directed by John Gulager (Feast Trilogy) and guess what, the screenplay will be by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan! With "3DD" thrown into the title I think I'll enjoy this sequel as much as the first, hey at least I'm being honest!

Master F/X artist Gary J. Tuniclifffe (Hellraiser franchise) will be making the blood and guts come to life and had this to say;

"They're gonna go for it! It’s gonna be blood and tits ahoy, certainly...trust me, I think this will leave the first one, in terms of blood and sex, in its wake, from what I’ve already heard. I was on the phone a couple times going, 'oh, my god'."
