New Poster for Kevin Smith's RED STATE features Sarah
Director Kevin Smith has released a fifth movie poster for his up coming film Red State, which I'm very much looking forward to seeing while I'm up at The 2011 Sundance Film Festival. The new poster above features actress Melissa Leo as Sarah.
The story follows a group of kids who encounters a crazed preacher (based on Fred Phelps, founder of the Westboro Baptist Church) who gives a whole new meaning to the term “extreme fundamentalism."
As you know, Smith is auctioning these posters off for charity, and the winner of this poster is Ma’s Meatloaf with a bid of $1,000 to actress Eliza Dushku’s THARCE-Gulu cause. Her goal is to raise $30,000 before her 30th birthday on December 30th to acquire the land to build a comprehensive recovery center for former child soldiers in Gulu, Uganda.
