Ridley Scott Producing GHOST RECON: FUTURE SOLDIER Short Film

I'm a huge fan of Tom Clany's Ghost Recon video game series, they've alway just been incredibly fun to play. I've been waiting for it to get a live-action film adaptation and it looks like we are going to get something to that effect. It wont be a full on feature film, but we will be getting a 20-minute live-action short film for Ubisoft's next installment in the game franchise title Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, which come out this Christmas.

The short film is also get a couple of Academy Award winner directors. Francois Alaux and Herve de Crecy are the talent that has been brought on to bring Ghost Recon to life. They recently won an Oscar for Best Animated Short at this years award ceremony, for the film Logorama

Ubisoft has budgeted $8 million to $10 million for the project. Ridley and Tony Scott’s are producing the short film through their commercial and music video shingle RSA.
