Summit Entertainment Looking at 3 High Profile Directors for Twilight's BREAKING DAWN

Summit Entertainment is currently in the process of trying to find a director for the next Twilight film, Breaking Dawn. I'm actually surprised that they haven't started filming it yet. According to EW, the studio has reached out to three directors so far, which include Sofia Coppola (Lost in Translation), Gus Van Sant (Milk) and Bill Condon (Dreamgirls) to gauge their interest in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, which is going to be split up into two separate films.

No decision will be made until screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg's script outline is delivered to the directors sometime next week. Breaking Dawn is the fourth novel in Stephenie Meyer's popular series.

The three directors they want to direct the film all have a great talent, but I don't see any of them taking on this vampire romance movie. Not because they can't do it but because the subject matter doesn't seem to fit their style at all. These directors all kinda to do their own thing and march to the beat of their own drum. Should be interesting to see who, if any of them, decide to take on the project.

Who out of the three would you like to see direct it, if you even care who directs it?
