THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK One Night Only At Arclight in Hollywood with Special Harrison Ford Q & A

George Lucas is getting softer in his old age! There will be a special one night only screening of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back with a very special onstage q and a session with Han Solo himself, Harrison Ford at the prestegous Arclight in Hollywood. This special event happens on May 19th  at 7 pm benefiting St. Jude Childrens Hospital. Tickets range from $100 - $175 and remember it's for a great cause! Order tickets here!

Harrison Ford hasn't done the kind of appearances like the rest of the cast has done over the years so this makes this event that much more special! This year marks the 30th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back and Lucasfilm will be having these charity events all year long.

Also on the calendar for May 7th and 8th are screenings at the Field Museum in Chicago benefiting the Education Outreach Programs with George Lucas in attendance. Ticket prices range from $30 - $200, here's how to order!

Here's a little extra treat for ya'll. In honor of the upcoming 30th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back this is Harrison Ford doing the cheesy voice over!

From StarWars.com

... The trailer contains a few noteworthy gems, such as the famously cut "Threepio ripping the sign off the door" shot. Originally, the invading Imperials were to enter the door, sans warning sign, to be subsequently attacked by a pack of angry wampas. The sequence was ultimately cut from the film, but not before this small hint of its existence was forever immortalized by the trailer ...

Also noteworthy is the lack of any mention of Yoda (his appearance was still top secret) as well as the stylized Empire logo we're all familiar with. Since the logo had not yet been finalized, an early, somewhat clumsy-looking title closes the trailer, promising Empire's much-anticipated release "next summer."
