ANCHORMAN 2 Could Start Production In February 2011

Anyone who doesn't want to see an Anchorman 2 is a Communist! I just said that! I love this movie and this has to happen my peoples!

It's been six years since the first film starring Will Farrell and the only thing holding the sequel back is Paramount.  The only reason Paramount is holding back is everyone in the film is a household name now and the salaries are way too high but don't dispair youg maidens and heroes, Steve Carrell and Paul Rudd have already said they would drop their salaries to get this bad boy made! You see back six years ago Will Farrell was the only big name in the film and now look how everyone has exploded, Christina Applegate had her own acclamied series and co-star David Koechner is in freakin everything now!  Actually the word is all of the cast and writer/director Adam McKay want this made and I think Paramount will come around!

Adam McKay recently told MTV this;

We have this other, bigger, crazier idea that’s really more what it’s about, which I can’t say. Our thinking was there’s just no way the second one is going to be as good as the first, because the first one is the first one. So our idea is if we’re going to do a second one, we better go for it and try some insane stuff and we’ll be enjoying it and that way it can’t be half bad.

This has to happen Paramount, this will make my life complete and make me happy, and you know you want to keep me happy, I know you're reading this Paramount person!

So anyway, do ya'll waant to see this hilarious sequel happen? Paramount wants to know!
