First Look at Brad Anderson's VANISHING ON 7TH STREET

For those of you who don't know who director Brad Anderson is, he's developed some fantastic low budget films that include Session 9, which is one of my favorite phycological horror films, The Machinist with Christian Bale, which was fantastically insane, and Transsiberian with Woody Harrelson, which was amazing as well. He's also directed some great TV show's like episodes of The Shield, The Wire, Fringe, and Treme.

I'm looking forward to seeing his next film called Vanishing on 7th Street, and today we have our first look at the movie in the form of some production photos. The movie is a post apocalyptic drama, and stars Hayden Christensen and John Leguizamo

Here's the synopsis for the film:

A mysterious, seemingly global blackout yields countless populations to simply vanish, leaving only their clothes and posessions behind. A small handul of survivors band together in a dimly-lit tavern on 7th Street, struggingl to combat the apocalyptic horror. Realizing they may in fact be the last people on earth, the darkness hones in on them alone.
