Emma Roberts Joins The Cast Of SCREAM 4

Filming begins in a little over a month (June 28th) on Dimension Films and Wes Craven's Scream 4 and Emma Roberts name can be added to the cast. She'll play Jill, one of the film's primary heroines facing up against Ghost Face. Of course she's joining Scream vets Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox Arquette.

Roberts' character plays Sidney's/Campbell's cousin who is the love interest of Rory Culkin's character. Also if cast, Hayden Panettiere would play the nerdy friend, I can't see this but ok? Lake Bell will be playing a police officer Sidney knew from High School.

Here's what Roberts told EW;

“I’m so excited to be part of this ground-breaking franchise.  It’s the perfect opportunity for me to do something completely different than I’ve ever done before.”
