E3 2010: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Trailers
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood was one of my most anticipated games coming into this year's E3. I hadn't seen any footage, but based on how much fun I had playing the first two games, I knew Ubisoft wouldn't let me down with the third game.
Unfortunately, the line to play the game at E3 is INSANELY long, so I'm going to hold off and hope to catch it later when the line has died down. But in the meantime, check out these trailers for the game: the first is for the game itself, and the second is for the new multiplayer feature.
This first trailer is - by far - the most exciting thing I've seen at this convention. It's so freaking cinematic, and should get every fan hyped for the release of the game. I would watch a full length feature film animated in this style. Trust me - this is worth your time.
The multiplayer feature is a new addition to the Assassin's Creed world, and you're awarded various point values for different ways of taking out your targets. You're also competing with other players to see who can get to the targets first, so the unique storyline should provide some separation from every other type of multiplayer game out there.
Also, take a look at G4's extensive first look at the game, hosted by none other than Joel McHale. Click through to about the five minute marker to skip stuff that you've already seen, but be warned: this video doesn't shy away from giving away plot details.
And also, as a small bonus, here's a massive banner for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood that takes up a good portion of a wall at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The game hits stores November 16th, 2010, and I can't wait.
