A Happy 25th Anniversary to THE GOONIES!
I have yet to meet someone that doesn't like Steven Spielberg and Richard Donner's The Goonies. This movie was released on June 7th 1985, I was 7 years old when this film came out! I remember going to the theater and watching this movie on the big screen, something I would absolutely love to do again one day. This movie helped shape my childhood, of course anyone that grew up in the 80's would tell you that. It made such an impact in our lives. It's amazing that after 25 year of watching The Goonies over and over again I still enjoy it every single time! I still get that same feeling of when I was a kid, it totally takes me back to the good ol' days. I've been able to share this movie with my kids, and they love it just as much as I do! I just think it's so cool that this movie has sparked the same excitement and imagination in my kids as it did me.
