Must Watch MORTAL KOMBAT Live-Action Footage!

Where in the hell did this come from! This footage for a potential live-action Mortal Kombat film looks insanely awesome! It's dark, violent, action packed and gruesome. There's a great fight sequence in this that's fast and furious. This thing has some great production value.

So what's it for? Is it a movie? The people who made it sure put a lot of effort into its creation. I suspect we will find out next week during the video game expo E3. Maybe this is a promotional video for a new Mortal Kombat game being developed? Maybe it's for a movie, which is a possibility, especially since both Chud and Latino Review say that this video is definitely related to a new movie, which was directed by Kevin Tancharoen (Fame) and fight choreography by stuntman Larnell Stovall. I'm sure we'll end up getting an official confirmation from someone soon.
