Teaser Trailer for Dwayne Johnson's FASTER
After years of making way too many Disney movies Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is ready to go all kinds of badass again starting with his new film Faster! It's about damn time Johnson got back into making action films. It's what he was built for! None of this Tooth Fairy crap.
Unfortunately, Faster doesn't look like anything special. It's just a revenge film where Johnson is just pissed, with some Fast and the Furious type movie elements. Then there's the weird sermon type voice over in the trailer. In the end I guess it looks better than anything Johnson has done in the last couple of years. The movie looks like Johnson will just be kicking peoples asses the whole time.
Synopsis:
After 10 years in prison, Driver has a singular focus - to avenge the murder of his brother during the botched bank robbery that led to his imprisonment. Now a free man with a deadly to-do list in hand, he’s finally on his mission… but with two men on his trail - a veteran cop just days from retirement, and a young egocentric hitman with a flair for the art of killing and a newfound worthy opponent. The hunter is also the hunted. It’s a do or die race to the list’s finish as the mystery surrounding his brother’s murder deepens, and new details emerge along the way hinting that Driver’s list may be incomplete.
Faster was directed by George Tillman, Jr. and stars Dwayne Johnson, Billy Bob Thornton, Maggie Grace, Moon Bloodgood and Carla Gugino. The film is set to be released on November 24th. Check out the teaser trailer below and let us know what ya think.
