Warner Brothers Picks Up Genre Project From Josh Zetumer With ZOMBIELAND Director To Produce!

Warner Brothers has grabbed an original project from Josh Zetumer who previously had some cool writing gigs including Dune and a chapter in the Bourne saga. Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer is on board to executive produce. 

Details for the story are being kept under wraps for this untitled project that is star-driven and has a genre component to it, but it's not sci-fi.

This shows a positive sign that the big studios like WB might start taking more of a chance to take on original ideas thanks to movies like "Inception" and it's success!

Fleischer is currently directing 30 Minutes or Less, an action comedy that reteams him with his Zombieland star Jesse Eisenberg along with Aziz Ansari and Danny McBride.

Zetumer has written the spy drama Infiltrator which already has Leonardo Decaprio attached to it.  Zetumer has also worked on Sherlock Holmes and Quantum of Solace.
