If you've been reading our site for awhile then you know how I feel about Channing Tatum, and how I can't figure out how he keeps getting these acting gig's. He's recently been cast as the lead role in a new movie called Ten Year. He's really not that good of an actor, but he's figured out to to create these opportunities for himself.
Ten Year revolves around a high school reunion, and it's a ensemble drama about friends reuniting a decade after their graduation. I can't say that sounds very interesting, because it really doesn't.
The script is being written by Jamie Linden who wrote the film We Are Marshall and Dear John, Lindon will also be directing the film. Tatum is also heavily involved in the development process.
THR also reports that "The script is being written with specific actors in mind, with a partial list including Tatum's wife, Jenna Dewan (Step Up); pals Anna Faris and her husband, Chris Pratt; Chris Pine; and Scott Porter (Friday Night Lights). There are no deals in place for the actors, and involvement will depend on availability."
