Mark Millar Continues to Spill Details on the KICK-ASS 2 Plot and Villain

By the time Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Walls comes out in both comic book and movie form we are going to know the whole story, because the creator of the series Mark Millar continues to gush out details on the project.

In a recent interview with Empire, Millar gives out a few more plot details. He also reveals the identity of the sequel's villain...Mother[frick]er, and what kind of chaos he will cause in the story.

It’s gangs going all over New York filming atrocities on their cell phones and putting them on the internet, trying to outdo each other, all at the behest of Red Mist.

My idea for Red Mist was to introduce a supervillain that made Heath Ledger’s Joker look like Cesar Romero’s Joker. He’s basically Charles Manson as a supervillain. Chris said to me he hates the fact that people always call him McLovin’. So my aim was to give him a new name for people to call him. And the villain calls himself The Mother[frick]er. Chris is The Mother[frick]er, the worst of all supervillains.

But at the same time we continue the story of Dave and all the complications in his life as he gets deeper and deeper into this dangerous hobby he’s got where he dresses up as a superhero and gets beaten up every night. So he forms a gang and what you’ve got then is all the heroes versus all the villians in a big gangfight.

I loved the Kick-Ass, and I'm looking forward to the sequel. I just wish that Millar would stop talking about it and leave some of the story and plot as a surprise! To be completely honest though I seriously can't see Red Mist being more bad ass then Heath Ledger's joker.

What do you think about Millar's plan for for the sequel villain?
