Must Watch International Trailer for LET ME IN

For those of you who are still on the fence about this movie Let Me In here's a trailer that might make it or break it for you. I like this trailer, and I'm going to see the movie even though I loved the original film, Let the Right One In. Yes, I was pissed off when I found out that Cloverfield director Matt Reeves was going to be remaking the film, but from the footage I've seen it looks this will be a solid film. It definitley has a great cast of actors that includes Kodi Smit-McPhee, Chloe Moretz, Richard Jenkins, Elias Koteas, Cara Buono and Sasha Barrese.

Let Me In tells a terrifying tale about an alienated 12-year old boy named Owen (Smit-McPhee) who is viciously bullied by his classmates and neglected by his divorcing parents. Achingly lonely, Owen spends his days plotting revenge on his middle school tormentors and his evenings spying on the other inhabitants of his apartment complex. His only friend is his new neighbor Abby (Moretz), an eerily self-possessed young girl who lives next door with her silent father (Jenkins). A frail, troubled child about Owen's age, Abby emerges from her heavily curtained apartment only at night and always barefoot, seemingly immune to the bitter winter elements. Recognizing a fellow outcast, Owen opens up to her and before long, the two have formed a unique bond.

I know there are a lot of people out there that hate the fact that this story was remade for American audiences, I am right there with you, but this looks like its going to be a decent film, and I hope that it at least leads people to watch the original film that haven't seen it yet. The film is set to be released on Ocober 1st. Watch the new international trailer below and let us know what you think!
