Beautiful Teaser Trailer for Coen Brothers TRUE GRIT!
Hey Gang! Paramount Pictures has released an incredible looking trailer for the new Coen Brothers film True Grit! We've seen very little of this movie, but I'm already blown away by this teaser trailer! The trailer just makes this look like it's going to be a beautiful film. I love westerns, and I've enjoyed pretty much anything the Coen Brothers have done, and like always, the cinematography by Roger Deakins is amazing. This is going to be another Coen Brothers classic.
The film also has a great cast which includes Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon, Josh Brolin, Barry Pepper and Hailee Steinfeld.
Synopsis
Fourteen-year-old Mattie Ross's (Hailee Steinfeld) father has been shot in cold blood by the coward Tom Chaney (Josh Brolin), and she is determined to bring him to justice. Enlisting the help of a trigger-happy, drunken U.S. Marshal, Rooster Cogburn (Jeff Bridges), she sets out with him -- over his objections -- to hunt down Chaney. Her father's blood demands that she pursue the criminal into Indian territory and find him before a Texas Ranger named LeBoeuf (Matt Damon) catches him and brings him back to Texas for the murder of another man.
