DOCTOR WHO Series 5 DVD Details

Details have emerged on Gallifrey News Base regarding the upcoming Doctor Who Series 5 DVD box set.  It will be released in the United States on November 9.

"The box-set, consisting of 6 discs, will contain all the episodes in  Matt Smith's first series as the Doctor. Episodes 1, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 13 will have in-vision commentaries and the set will include deleted scenes, video diaries and versions of Doctor Who Confidential. Exclusively filmed scenes giving an insight to what has happened in the TARDIS between episodes are also included in the set."

The segments set in-between episodes sound interesting.  We are going to see why Amy was floating around outside the TARDIS at the beginning of "The Beast Below" and what happened after she pounced on the Doctor at the end of "Flesh and Stone".
