People has our first look at a concerned Dewey (David Arquette) and Gale (Courtney Cox) probably wondering what their pal Ghostface is gonna do next.  Scream 4  also stars Neve Campbell, Britt Robertson, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Mary McDonnell, Anthony Anderson, Aimee Teegarden and Marielle Jaffe with special cameos by Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell, Shenae Grimes, and Lucy Hale. The next chapter hits theaters on April 15th.
