College Course Created About James Franco's Career!

During college the easy class that everyone joked about taking to get an easy a, was Underwater Basket Weaving. Today it was announced that students will be able to study James Franco for college credit.

Franco has teamed up with Columbia College Hollywood (based in Tarzana, Calif.) to offer an editing class that will give 12 students the chance to create a half-hour documentary using footage from his film career.

Movieline is reporting, that the course called “Master Class: Editing James Franco ... With James Franco,” will be taught by Franco’s editor Tyler Danna.

The actor will talk to students via Skype and attend weekly sessions when his schedule permits. Franco is a Ph.D student in English at Yale. He received a MFA from Columbia last year.

I am looking forward to him co-hosting the Academy Awards on Feb. 27 with Anne Hathaway. He'll next star in Your Highness and Rise of the Apes. Hopefully we'll see an official photo, still or anything from Rise of the Apes.

Would you take a class that studies James Franco?
