Sweden Opens World's First Theater for Dogs
Sweden, known for their attractive blonde people, now has another claim to fame – a theater for dogs. The theater, part of the Kistamässan-area 2011 Pet Fair, debuted with a screening of 2010’s Marmaduke (a film enjoyed only by dogs) last Thursday.
The theater, according to TheLocal.se, seats around 200 humans and 200 canines. While things are dog-centric, the organizers of the theater mention that they “welcome reptiles as well as fish in aquariums.” Also, there’ll be a snack bar on hand selling canine junk food only, so, unless you enjoy Pup-corn, be sure to bring something along for yourself.
