Summit picks up ghost script IN THE FLESH

Summit Entertainment has picked up In the Flesh. Variety reports that the studio bought the spec script teen ghost story which Kristin Hahn adapted from A Certain Slant of Light. Hahn is serving as producer on the project along with The Twilight Saga producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey.

Laura Whitcomb wrote the novel that "centers on a young woman who died 130 years ago whose guilt prevents her from moving on. She falls in love with another wayward spirit, who shows her how to inhabit a mortal body whose spirit has died."
