First Look: Kristen Wiig in IMOGENE

Here is our first look at Kristen Wiig's (Bridesmaids and "Saturday Night Live") new comedy Imogene. Wiig also served as executive produced on the film directed by Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman. The cast also includes Annette Bening, Darren Criss, June Diane Raphael, Matt Dillon and Natasha Lyonne.

Synopsis:

Imogene follows a wannabe New York socialite (Wiig) as she attends a bridal shower and subsequently becomes frustrated that her live-in boyfriend has yet to propose marriage. As a result, Imogene and her friends soon devise a plan in order to manipulate her boyfriend into marrying her. However, she finds that the plan backfires and instead, he announces that he's leaving her. When desperate times call for desperate measures, Imogene decides to fake her own suicide as a ploy for sympathy. Unfortunately, instead of winning her ex back, Imogene's eccentric mother Zelda (Bening) kidnaps her and takes her back to her hometown in this hilarious comedy.
