Celebrating Earth holidays can be difficult in deep space, but we all know there is no task too difficult when it comes to James T. Kirk. Take the fake food and fashion it to look like another food? BRILLIANT! Oddly enough the plot thickened with an odd hiccup and a dramatic stare and before you know it we're on to the next one.

The next reference is Eddington griping to Sisko to the point that he deserves a deep space b**** slap...still funny though. What do you think?
