We already reported that Wes Craven was planning on some reshoots for Scream 4 and now Bloody-Disgusting has a little cool cameo news for us.  Alison Brie (Community and Mad Men) will be making a cameo now and we have an image of her on set. look for Scream 4 in theaters on April 15th.
