First Images and Video of the Cast for The Hobbit!

Some of you might already know, but for those of you who do not, The Lord of the Rings trilogy ranks very high on my all time favorite movies list.  So, the fact that Peter Jackson is bringing us The Hobbit only brings warm and fuzzy feelings.  Because of this, I can't wait to give you a little glimpse into the Shire.  Here is a new image of the cast of The Hobbit.

I know there is not much to go on with this image.  Without their makeup on it is not the easiest to imagine them as inhabitants of Middle Earth.  But it is fun to try.   

I grew up with The Hobbit.  It was the first book that I read, and I have read it many more times since then.  The characters are as familiar to me as some family members. 

Because I am a nice guy and I know that there are a lot of you out there that are ravenous for more info on this film click here and you will be able to see a portion of a press conference that the cast of The Hobbit held.
