New Movie Trailer for THE SMURFS
Sony Pictures has released this new movie trailer for their upcoming CG animated film The Smurfs, and it looks absolutely terrible. I won't be wasting my money or time on this movie. I really hope this flick doesn't make any money so we don't have to see anymore of these movies get made.
The film stars Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Hank Azaria as Gargamel, Jonathan Winters as Papa Smurf, George Lopez as Grouchy Smurf, Katy Perry as Smurfette, Alan Cumming as Gutsy Smurf, Fred Armisen as Brainy Smurf, Anton Yelchin as Clumsy Smurf, Paul Reubens as Jokey Smurf, John Oliver as Vanity Smurf, Kenan Thompson as Greedy Smurf, B.J. Novak as Baker Smurf and comedian Jeff Foxworthy as Handy Smurf.
Here's the Synopsis:
When the evil wizard Gargamel chases the tiny blue Smurfs out of their village, they tumble from their magical world and into ours -- in fact, smack dab in the middle of Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.
The movie will be released in theaters on August 3rd 2011. watch the trailer below and tell us what you think.
