Warner Home Video has announced the Blu-ray release of the Kurt Russell sci-fi flick Soldier. You realize Russell hardly said a word in this movie and got a fat paycheck for it! Cha-ching!

Warner Home Video has announced a Blu-ray release of Soldier which stars Kurt Russell, Jason Scott Lee, and Connie Nielsen. The disc will be available to own from July 26th. Extras will include commentary by Director Paul Anderson, Co-Producer Jeremy Bolt and Co-Star Jason Isaacs, and the theatrical trailer.

Synopsis:

Galactic wars of the near-future are fought by soldiers trained as merciless, obedient warriors. But times change. New bioengineered combatants make veterans like Sgt. Todd (Kurt Russell) obsolete. But don’t expect to toss Todd on the scrap heap without a fight.
