Here is one of our first photos from the New Orleans set of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. The above photo gives us a brief (but grainy) glimpse at Ben Walker as Abe "bad ass" Lincoln and Dominic Cooper as vampire Henry.

Timur Bekmambetov is directing based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith, which focuses on the president who after having his mother murdered by monsters, is on a quest to rid the world of the evil vampires. The cast also includes Anthony Mackie, Jimmi Simpson and Mary Elisabeth Winstead.

The film is scheduled for release on June 22, 2012. What are your thoughts? Are you looking forward to seeing this film?
