Movie Trailer for PASSION PLAY with Rourke and Fox

A new trailer has been released for the Mitch Glazer directed film Passion Play, and it fails to impress. You'ld think with a cast like Mickey Rourke and Bill Murray this movie might actually be a decent film to watch. The film also stars Megan Fox, but she can't act anyway. It just seems like a very moody monotone film, and it simply doesn't look entertaining or interesting.

Rourke plays Nate, a down-on-his-luck jazz trumpeter whose life changes when he meets Lily (Fox), the star of a carnival sideshow attraction. "What makes Lily so special is the fact that she has beautiful, real wings on display for the world to see. As these two damaged souls fall for each other, their happiness is threatened when sleek and menacing gangster Happy Shannon (Murray) decides he wants Lily for himself."

So Megan Fox's character has real wings in the movie? Is she an X-Men mutant or somthing? Maybe in the end Charles Xavier rolls in to save her. The movie is set to come out on May 6th 2011. Watch the trailer below and tell us what you think. I know I wont be rushing out to this movie.

Official Synopsis:

Written and directed by Mitch Glazer (screenwriter of The Recruit and Scrooged), the film boasts a heavenly cast including Academy Award® nominees Mickey Rourke and Bill Murray, Megan Fox, Rhys Ifans, Kelly Lynch and former UFC sensation, Chuck Liddell. Nate Poole (Rourke, The Wrestler, Iron Man 2) is a washed-up jazz musician fleeing from trigger-happy gangster Happy Shannon (Murray, Lost In Translation). While on the run, Nate stumbles across a traveling carnival, and is instantly mesmerized by the carnival’s prized attraction, Lily “The Bird Woman” (Fox, Transformers). But Lily is no carny fake: her wings are real. The fugitive musician falls in love with this angelic creature, and he convinces her to leave with him, to the anger of her ruthless employer (Ifans, Notting Hill). The two flee across the desert, but towards… what? Their destruction? Their salvation?
