Second Theatrical Movie Trailer for PRIEST

TrailerMovie by Joey Paur

Screen Gems has released a second theatrical movie trailer for their upcoming sci-fi horror action film Priest. The movie looks visually interesting, I don't really need to see it in 3D though. My hope is that it turns out to be fun, and not over the top bad. With movies like this there's always a chance it's going to be a major disappointment like that Legion film, so I won't get my hopes up. I do hate it when this trailer pops up when I go out to the movies, it seems like it's playing with every movie that I've seen in the last month or two.

The film comes out on May 13th 2011. Watch the new trailer below and tell us what you think. Are you looking forward to this one, or does it look like it's going to be a waste of time.

Synopsis:

A legendary Warrior Priest from the last Vampire War now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church. When his niece is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires, Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on an obsessive quest to find her before they turn her into one of them. He is joined on his crusade by his niece's boyfriend, a trigger-fingered young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess who possesses otherworldly fighting skills.
