Chris Hemsworth helped his brother Liam run lines to prepare for HUNGER GAMES

Chris Hemsworth was at WonderCon promoting Thor over the weekend. MTV caught up with him just days before his younger brother Liam was officially cast as Gale Hawthorne in The Hunger Games adaptation. MTV asked Chris what he thought of Liam potentially starring in the biggest young adult franchise since Twilight and he responded by saying,

"I'd love him to get it. I think he's incredibly talented," We run all our stuff together and workshop things and talk about it, Any minute now, I think he's going to launch into something."

Chris went ton to say, "I helped him audition. We ran our lines together." When asked if that meant he read the lines of 16-year-old heroine Katniss Everdeen, he stated:

"I did. Swear to God. I read that. Put my girly American accent on." And then the kicker: Affecting a high-pitched timbre, Chris gave us his best Katniss impression saying, "Hey, how are you?"
